This policy outlines how orders are processed and shipped from ethosgoods.store. As an independent retailer based in Tucson, AZ, I prioritize safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery for all customers.

I partner with reputable carriers for U.S. and international shipments:

  • Domestic (U.S.): USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • International: DHL, USPS International


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday​ before 12:00 PM (MST) ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

  • Delays may occur for custom/pre-order items (noted on product pages).

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $50.

  • Orders under $50**: Flat fee of **$5.95​ (U.S. only).

  • Expedited/International: Fees shown at checkout.


5. Returns & Exchanges

  • My error​ (defective/wrong item): I cover return shipping costs.

  • Customer-initiated returns: You pay return shipping; I cover reshipment of replacements.

  • Undeliverable packages​ (due to incorrect address): Reshipping fees apply.

  • Risk of Loss: Responsibility transfers to the carrier upon shipment.
