I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how returns and refunds work for orders placed at ethosgoods.store.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact

  • The request is submitted within 30 days​ of delivery

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (please provide photos)

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads, personalized/custom items

  • Clearance or final-sale products (marked as such)

2. Refund Process

  • After I receive and inspect your return:

    Approved refunds​ will be issued to your original payment method

    ⏱️ Processing time: 3–7 business days​ (depending on your bank)

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

I cannot issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Items without original packaging or showing signs of use

  • Original shipping fees (unless I made an error)

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason​ for return

  • Photos​ (if applicable for damaged/defective items)
